PCC: Maker Place
Pittsfield Village Green
Saturday, Sept. 25th - 10am-3pm
Join us on the Village Green at our 2nd Annual PCC: Maker Place. On the last Saturday of September we celebrate community and connections. Sponsored by the Roger Clark Memorial Library Board of Trustees, this day promises to entertain as we fund raise for our community. Vendors must reserve space in advance.
For Pittsfield people and friends who want to participate by helping - consider the following
1) If you have 1 or 2 pieces of framed artwork done by a Pittsfield person, consider sharing it with the community. This is not the time to be humble. Drop it off in the Town Office during regular office hours prior to 9/18 or call 802-729-2772 to make other arrangements. Please include your contact info, name of the work, name of the artist, and, if you wish a 50 word artist statement.
2) Consider volunteering to help with any of the following - hang the art display on 9/19, help with setup prep Friday night, help with setup and takedown Saturday, or just generally help all during the event. It will be a nice way to meet your neighbors.
4) Call 802-729-2772 for more info.

Continuing the tradition, embracing today, our story:
For more years than we can recount, the Pittsfield Bazaar was held on the village green the last Saturday in September. These events were organized by the Pittsfield Women's Alliance, a group of long-time Pittsfield residents committed to community service. In 2020, as the group was disbanding, they asked the Roger Clark Memorial Library Board if the board would like to carry on this end of September community event. The RCML Board said yes. Thus we are asking you to be part of the second annual Pittsfield Community Connection: Maker Place.
