Treasurer's report presented and reviewed. (Refer to scanned copy)
Library intern progress noted with nearly entire collection added to online catalog via Collectorz.
Intern tasked with creating Procedures and Information Manual with input from Erica & Sharon.
Erica reports on telephone issue. Vonnage service will be canceled and phone service to be provided by Fairpoint (after much time spent waiting for customer service) for $22.99/month. Contract to be reconsidered in January 2018.
Suggestions made for possible adult programming to reinvigorate library membership. Basket weaving, star gazing, cheese making, gardening, fermentation, music, movies, games discussed. All present encouraged, once again, to come up with solid facts and figures.
Intention voiced to create a flyer with programming schedule to be mailed and/or available at Town Meeting in March.
