In Attendance: Sharon Mayer, Martha Beyersdorf and Erica Hurd

Review of Financials - (attached) CD is now closed and will appear in checking account balance next month
Movie License has arrived and is posted on Bulletin Board
New rug (Thank you Angelique!) will be put into place once reading program has ended
New pop-up tent (Thank you Martha!) is in the building
Book request sheets - Marion to create
Universal Class - need to do some promo up front, but nothing else needed once it is in place
Work Hour after this meeting to do some culling and cataloging (4 boxes of donations from Sherburne Library recently received, many large print and young adult)
Policy Review has been tabled for the time being
Would like to have library open on August 28th for Town Picnic. Martha has volunteered to do a two hour shift, need one more volunteer
