Financial report presented, reviewed, accepted by trustees and to be posted to Meeting Minutes.
Planned October programming reviewed.
Two sessions of yoga to be presented by Wendy, essentially a donated event.
Dates 10/13 & 10/27, in the evening , in the library.
Soup, bread and beverage to be offered after classes.
Sharon will arrange purchsae of same from Swiss Farm Market for one event and Pittsfield General Store for others.
Will ask for bowls & spoons to be included.
Sharon and Eunice expect to be available to set up library for event.
Sharon enabling sign up through Sign Up Genius.
Karen to promote event through e-mail blast and Marion will add to Facebook page.
Previously discussed Art Garage program with Traci pending response.
Once date and topic confirmed Sharon will enable sign up, Karen will do email promotion and Marion will add to Facebook.
Halloween Book Giveaway will take place as usual in the library on Halloween with Sharon volunteering as Library Witch.
Available books noted and Marion and Eunice volunteer to collect from DOL in Montpelier before the 31st.
Erica and Sharon volunteer for a book buying mission to Phoenix Books in Rutland. Magic Tree House companion books suggested.
Purchase of projector screen discussed. Marion to do research and task may be delegated to Super Shopper Cheryl for completion. Cheryl will be purchasing candy for Halloween Giveaway for village residents who may appreciate it.
