Present: Martha Beyersdorf, Erica Hurd, Sharon Mayer, Karen Waterworth

After some discussion of expectations and responsibilities, Erica agreed to accepts the long vacant position as chair of the Board of Trustees and Martha agreed to fill the vacant Trustee position and accept the position of Treasurer.

Marion, Eunice, Erica and Martha to contact each other to manage transfer of banking rights and responsibilities.

It was decided that a greater effort should be made to warn meetings and agendas in three public places prior to meetings.

Work Day declared Monday February 22nd, 10-2. Sharon and Erica will be present.

Movie Night declared Sunday, March 6th, 4-6. An animated family movie chosen. Snack and soup to be provided.

Karen to send a "Save the Date" email for work day and movie.

karen agrees to make small book purchase from Phoenix Books.
