Sharon, Traci, Susie and Angelique met with architect to discuss upcoming buidling renovation. Architect reportedly responsive to volunteer suggestions regarding design of proposed library space.
Angelique will look into poassible grants that may be available for library improvements.
Need to publicize photo contest discussed. Suggestion made to display contest via table tents at area business. Sharon to locate table tents, Angeliqe will create notices to fit. Marion will be asked to contact johnnygoldfish.
Catalogging backlog noted. Workday planned for Sunday, June 20th, 1:00 p.m. all welcome.
Susie to complete purchases of sponsored books and Angelique will create commorative book plates.
Summer outdoor movie night with dessert potluck and, of course, popcorn planned for Friday, July 23rd, rain date Saturday July 24th. Wizard of Oz. Sharon and Traci to ask Jason about projector. Traci to contact Swank Productions for licensing. "Dry run" suggested.
Eunice has arranged music program for June 12th & 26th with James Mee at 10:00 a.m. PR initiated with sign. Spread the word.
Doug & Kelly of Eliteam would like to bring their program to the library again, tentative date September 10th.
