Martha presented Treasurer's Report which indicated a beginning checking account balance of $9,909.25 and an ending balance of $9,819.67.
Erica reports having reviewed and recorded library asset list, but that it is not required for Town Report
Decision made to offer Movie Night Friday, March 10th, 6p.m. Film to be determined depending on response to Facebook poll to be managed by Coral. Pizza to be offered.
Monthly Yoga for Kids with Heather Harvey noted to be ongoing through May.
Erica reports Summer Reading Program arranged, to be a 5 week program on Tuesdays, 4-5 p.m., starting 6/20 and ending 7/25. No program week of 7/4.
Betty Warner offers to lead two fabric based craft programs for children one of which is slated for Tuesday May 9th.
Martha to investigate Book Folding Demo for April Adult Program.
Survey to be distributed at Town Meeting presented by Coral. Feedback provided. Survey to be distributed along with into about Universal Classes and Listen Up Vermont/GMLC Overdrive services available via RCML website.
Purchase of vacuum approved, Erica to ask super shopper Cheryl to make purchase.
Coral conducted Pop Up Library, no traffic.
Changing time of monthly meeting to 7 p.m. approved, Erica to post to website.
Karen reports having completed VT Department of Library Survey.
Erica investigated having additional library cards printed by Boss Works . Estimated cost $99 for set up and 200 cards. Expenditure approved.
