Call meeting to order: 5:35 pm

Treasurer’s report 

• March 2021, Erica motioned to approve request; Coral seconded; motion carried.
  

Old News

• Park House- Books and girl scout cookies dropped off for new year beginnings.
  
• Tech Grant - Betty waiting for a proposal from a tech guy on the wifi extender and new computer. Consider exploring how other libraries provide access to technology including office platforms.- Ariel follow up
  
• Book Club - Potential new member
  

New News

• Library Report - Ariel
  
  • Library statistics for March (media 44, visitors 46, total in-person and virtual 20) hours open 76, new cards 1, total books , ILL 2 requests.
    
  • Brief highlighted: updated graphic novel lists - total over 50! New book shelf updated, donated books to newsletter will update.   
    
  • Book club, several people bought the book this month.
    
• Programming
  
  • Program current, past and future events. 
    
• Sandwich board, Ariel will research possibilities. 
  
• MultiFunction laser wifi Printer- Discussed item purchase. Betty motioned to approve the request; Cynthia seconded; motion carried.
  
• Wifi including hardware and installation $2,600, Betty motioned to approve request; Erica seconded; motion carried.
  
• Book budget is $1,000 and will buy all books by November 2021.
