Board member positions and responsibilities discussed. Rigid versus fluid responsibilities discussed.
All trustee terms currently for 5 years. Discussed possibility of reducing terms to 3 years in length to encourage participation.
Overdue book notice to be created.
Work day scheduled for Tuesday, April 18th at 9 a.m. Plan to update/clarify patron list, clear/organize storage space, etc.
Kid's movie slated for Friday, May 6th, 6 p.m.
Movie for Moms slated for Saturday, May 20th, 7 p.m.
Betty to run children's craft project for Mom on Tuesday, May 9th, 3:30-5.
Coral suggests opening an Amazon business account and all present approve.
Details of DVD projector noted for speaker purchase.
