Meeting Minutes
Present: Marion Abrams, Sharon mayer, Erica Hurd, Karen Waterworth
Cookbook update- Sharon and Erica submitted material by February 28th deadline 200 books ordered and expected in early April. Decision made to price books at $18.00 each. Marion to send email advertising same with suggestion checks be mailed directly to RCML, and she will create google doc that all trustees can access to add order information. Erica to compile email list of those who entered recipes and those who have expressed interest.
Spring fundraiser- May 18th suggested. Brunch versus early dinner discussed. Sharon to contact Jason at Clear River Tavern to check on availability of venue. Theme, food, entertainment to be further discussed via email.
Cataloging status- Some junior fiction, most picture books and all non- fiction remains to be catalogued. A work day suggested to tackle task with a production line. Tuesday, March 25th 3-7 chosen.
