Ask Emily (Yu) to change the library sign at the close of each session to let people know about the next session. Need some word of mouth on this program. Tell your friends!

Building Committee Meeting: Review of Minutes
Marion will send an email to the community list to inquire if anyone has storage space that the library can use during the building renovation. Susie Martin is attending the next Selectboard meeting, Tuesday, July 6th she will ask for use of lower level of Town Hall for library use during building renovation. She will also represent Library if any questions arise for the previously submitted agenda item regarding use of the ball field for a Walk-In Movie on July 23rd (Rain Date July 24th)
Walk-In Movie: Scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm - need volunteers to help with set up at 6:00 pm. Plans include a Potluck Dessert, Popcorn (renting a machine from Green Mountain Rental & and beverages. All provided to the community as a Thank You for supporting the library. Movie chosen is "Inkheart". Traci is following up on the movie license. Angelique to create poster, Sharon will write up a blurb and Marion will send out. Jason Evans is donating his projector and screen and set up expertise. Marion will provide DVD Player.
Many books need to be catalogues, especially Sponsor-A-Book.
