Erica presents logo bag samples. Decision made to purchase 50 of the less expensive dernier model for sale at picnic and bazaar.
Coral in the process of brainstorming for "All About Pittsfield" which she hopes to organise for next year.
Veteran's Day Program/Plaque discussed. Discussed a banner or document to increase awareness of "who was Roger Clark?"
Erica reports having contacted Mountain Times and The Herald of Randolph with press release regarding Clif Grant.
Checking account to remain with Sunapee Bank after Erica made contact with bank associate, no change in fees expected.
Coral worked on Google Calendar to be added to website.
Father's Day Program, Movie & Pizza 6/16 @ 6pm needs publicity.
Previous move made to trial a change of library hours on Thursday to 3-6pm. Rachel needs to be contacted as she had expressed willingness to cover those shifts during summer trial.
Movie license application completed and mailed to VTDOL.
Monthly stats import to Excel spread sheet discussed. Decided no need, paper stats will suffice.
