Old Business:
Martha and Erica to sort out banking business/change of signatories this week.
Work day poorly attended, but Erica got some cataloging dine.
Movie Night on for Sunday 3/6. Sharon and Erica responsible for set up and plan to meet at library around 2. Erica will purchase needed products, drinks, popcorn and obtain popper from SES. Karen will be absent but supply soup and mac and cheese and send out another email announcement.
Recent purchase of books from Phoenix Books noted and receipt submitted.
New Business:
Key available for Martha and can be picked up from Town Clerk when she takes the oath as trustee.
New program suggestion from Rachel Krevetski, a replication of pop up university like Bethel University noted. Trustees agreed that they would be happy to lend support, but not spearhead such a program. However, Rachel's input appreciated.
Erica presents dates and flyer for Summer Reading Program. Books already purchased.
Tentative work day slated for Tuesday, March 22nd, 2pm, and Tuesday April 19th, time to be determined.
Repeat Blood Drive set for April 4th. Sharon to have signs updated.
New programming ideas discussed.
Ideas: Stargazing with Mark Breen (Erica to investigate); Foraging with Jason, Jason and Euneko (Sharon and Karen to investigate); Dad & Me For Mom, a gift crafting program before Mother's Day, Sunday May 1st: a Sip & Paint at the end of May, maybe at The Clear River Tavern; Mom & Me For Dad, a gift crafting event before Father's Day on June 12; another movie night. Trustees to communicate by email to formalize aand publicize plans.
