October programs reviewed. Upcycle craft and scratch art author programs well attended. Halloween Book Giveaway saw a brisk business as over 100 kids and 50 adults passed through the library on a cold, wet night.

Erica presented cookbook fundraiser update. All community members encouraged to submit recipes by December 23rd. Forms available at library and Swiss Farm Market. The selling of ads suggested and approved by trustees. Prices and details to be determined. All interested to contact Erica Hurd.
Continued book and DVD purchases noted.
Erica Hurd procured donated flat screen TV and donated DVD player anticipated. Trustees will look into the purchase of a DVD cart.
Dana to be invited to be the grand architect of the Gingerbread House Program on December 19th. Marion to make contact.
It was decided that the library will be closed on Tuesday, Dec 24 and Thursday, Dec 26, but will be open on Tuesday, Dec 31.

PR discussed. One patron reported Stockbridge School was under informed regarding programming. Karen will follow up with phone call to Stockbridge School.
Vonnage phone use discussed. RCML would like to use same computer service person as Town Clerk to follow up on the matter.
